My favorite question is "why?" If the goal, the success metric, and the outcome aren't clear, execution is just noise.
I've built functions from scratch and run them without big headcount. I own outcomes, not just outputs, and I move across whatever needs to move.
AI removes the grunt work so I spend my time on judgment and prioritization. It's why one experienced person can now cover ground that used to need a team. This site is one small example: I built it myself with AI.
